As a practicing yoga student since 1997, Jane desired to to create student-oriented studio, so she formed and ran for 10 years the former Hot Yoga of Delray. The Studio earned a reputation for catering to the student and her dedication made it a welcoming space. Circumstances called for it to close. Now with years of experience running a successful studio, she once again has built this new Studio from scratch. She welcomes all to share this space and wants you to think of it as your "Yoga Home Away from Home". "Our Contractors turned this space into a Yoga Studio, our Students & Staff turn it into a Yoga Community"
"Yoga is my passion. I hope you enjoy every experience you have at Hot Yoga of Delray. NAMASTE!"

She discovered Pilates was the balance she needed in her life, and quickly it became a passion she loves sharing with others. Her teaching style is fun, upbeat, and motivating. She encourages students to challenge themselves—holding that extra second or dropping just one inch lower—while creating an environment that feels empowering and supportive.
She knows that showing up is often the hardest part, but believes the ability to move your body is the greatest reward. Her goal is for students to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and better than when they walked in.
"Time you spend in class is an opportunity to unplug from the outside world, reconnect with yourself, and be fully present."
