As a practicing yoga student since 1997, Jane desired to to create student-oriented studio, so she formed and ran for 10 years the former Hot Yoga of Delray. The Studio earned a reputation for catering to the student and her dedication made it a welcoming space. Circumstances called for it to close. Now with years of experience running a successful studio, she once again has built this new Studio from scratch. She welcomes all to share this space and wants you to think of it as your "Yoga Home Away from Home". "Our Contractors turned this space into a Yoga Studio, our Students & Staff turn it into a Yoga Community"
"Yoga is my passion. I hope you enjoy every experience you have at Hot Yoga of Delray. NAMASTE!"
My journey into yoga began in 1993 when I began practicing. In Spring of 2000, I became a Kripalu (500 Hour Certification) Instructor. After, I became a Bikram Certified Yoga Teacher (500 Hour Certification) alongside Jimmy Barkan in Fall 2001. My other training includes Phoenix Rising Therapy (200 Hour Certification), where I had the privilege to study under Todd Norian, the founder of Anusara.
For Robert, teaching at Hot Yoga of Delray beckons him back to where it all started in - a Hot Class at Hot Yoga of Delray! Since then he has obtained his 500 RYT, became a Certified Teacher in Vinyasa Krama and Yin yoga. His specialties include Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow, with a knack for Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. Robert's classes are unique and challenging with a happy helping of laughter and jokes.
Shari began doing yoga over a decade ago, but it wasn't until she practiced in a heated room that she was hooked. Practicing yoga in the heat coupled with inspiring music was intoxicating. Shari practiced Bikram Yoga religiously for 3 years before deciding to get certified an instructor. She trained in Sivananda Yoga at "Yoga and Inner Peace" in Lake Worth which was a life-changing experience. It helped shape who she is both on the mat and off. She learned about proper breathing, exercise, positive thinking, meditation and how to live a healthier life in general.
Elissa found hot yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1999 and has been teaching 26/2 since 2002 after being certified by Bikram Choudhry in Los Angeles, California and hot flow since 2006 after being certified by Jimmy Barkan in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Enhanced with well over 500 hrs of teacher trainings and over 22 years of experienced teaching around Phoenix and South Florida, she teaches a dialogue driven class with a strong emphasis in positive intentions and breath control, helping people create a calm bubble around them they can not only practice inside but take with them to live peacefully inside. She competed in many of the first Bishnu Gosh yoga championships and represented Arizona in the National Championships in 2007. Having led various workshops, wellness retreats, and trainings she has a strong understanding of proper form and different body types and an even deeper appreciation of how that combination leads itself to individual modifications and amplifications. Her goal is to help you not only find your version of the pose but to encourage you to find the breathing techniques and thinking patterns that keep you calm when you are on the mat with you when you leave to make life easier for you when you are off the mat.
"Everything begins with the breath and positive intentions."

Missy completed her 200-hour certification in 2015 while living and working in New York City. Her yoga mat was one of the few places where she was able to find peace and clarity amidst the chaos of daily life in a bustling city. Missy's teaching style is influenced by her belief that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a journey towards inner peace and self-discovery that exists far beyond the walls of the yoga studio. Her teaching style is playful, dynamic and encourages students to explore poses with a sense of curiosity and self-compassion. Missy strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment where students of all levels feel empowered to dive deeply into the transformative practice of yoga.

Namaste.
Sarah took her first hot yoga class in 2009 while living in Los Angeles, & quickly became addicted. Her Sunday tradition was a long hike in Griffith Park, followed by a juicy 90 minute class. The love for the hot room grew when she moved to New York in 2013...especially while getting used to the colder weather. In early 2016 Sarah took the very first NYC Inferno Hot Pilates Teacher Training, and began teaching immediately. With the encouragement of her wellness mentor, Sarah became a certified Baptiste Power Yoga teacher in August 2018. In 2022 she participated in another 200hr power yoga teacher training course, deepening her knowledge of anatomy and the practice
(restorative, yin, prenatal).
When she’s not in the hot room, , Sarah enjoys hiking, checking out galleries and live music, & spending as much time at the beach as possible
