Jane

 As a practicing yoga student since 1997, Jane  desired to to create student-oriented studio, so she formed and ran for 10 years the former Hot Yoga of Delray. The Studio earned a reputation for catering to the student and her dedication made it a welcoming space. Circumstances called for it to close. Now with years of experience running a successful studio, she once again has built this new Studio from scratch. She welcomes all to share this space and wants you to think of it as your "Yoga Home Away from Home".  "Our Contractors turned this space into a Yoga Studio, our Students & Staff turn it into a Yoga Community"

ROBERT

 

 For Robert, teaching at Hot Yoga of Delray beckons him back to where it all started in - a Hot Class at Hot Yoga of Delray! Since then he has obtained his 500 RYT, became a Certified Teacher in Vinyasa Krama and Yin yoga. His specialties include Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow, with a knack for Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. Robert's classes are unique and challenging with a happy helping of laughter and jokes. 

MISSY

 

Missy  completed her 200-hour certification in 2015 while living and working  in New York City.  Her yoga mat was one of the few places where she was  able to find peace and clarity amidst the chaos of daily life in a  bustling city.  Missy's teaching style is influenced by her belief that  yoga is not just a physical practice, but a journey towards inner peace  and self-discovery that exists far beyond the walls of the yoga studio.   Her teaching style is playful, dynamic and encourages students to  explore poses with a sense of curiosity and self-compassion.  Missy  strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment where students  of all levels feel empowered to dive deeply into the transformative  practice of yoga.

ALLI

Alli believes in the importance of the mind-body connection & always begins class by encouraging a  "Light Heart  & a "Strong Center". She enjoys sharing the process of  continual growth that occurs within the four corners of the mat, & is  incredibly humbled by those who choose to share that space with her.  That's why her students will see her smiling from ear to ear as she guides them with kind  & methodical encouragement or utilizing a comforting mindfulness. 

Alli has a deep connection with life - reflected in her love for people, animals, and her plants. She is passionate about he arts, the  universe, movement in nature, any body of water, long car rides,  traveling the globe, learning and continually upgrading her practice.

BRENNA

  

Brenna is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor and fitness coach with a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification. With a deep love for the mind-body connection, she guides her students through transformative practices that balance physical strength, mental clarity, and overall well-being. In addition to her yoga offerings, Brenna leads dynamic fitness and strength classes, designed to build endurance, resilience, and confidence. 

She believes in the power of movement - be it through yoga, strength training, or mindful breath work - to heal, inspire, and create lasting change. 

Brenna’s classes provide a welcoming space for growth, self-discovery, and empowerment, no matter where you are on your journey.

BRIGITTA

 Brigitta's  journey into yoga began over a decade ago, what started as a quest for  personal wellness soon blossomed into a profound passion & career path. She immersed herself in yoga, discovering its profound benefits for both body & mind. Her dedication led to numerous trainings & certifications of various yoga styles - culminating in her role as a  Master Yoga Instructor.  Her  expertise extends to diverse yoga styles, complemented by a strong  foundation in both fitness & Pilates.  Her classes blend detailed instruction with the healing practice of breath & movement,  allowing her to guide students through balanced, body-sculpting, & restorative practices.  Brigitta creates strong connections with her students, providing them an opportunity for a supportive mentorship.

DIANA

Diana has been a yogi since 1998. She  earned (2) 200-hour Yoga Teacher certifications: 1 for Vinyasa, & 1 in  Yin Yoga. She credits her yoga & meditation practice to allowing her to see beyond the ever-changing surface of life, & into the deeper, blissful nature that exists within all of us!


Diana knows the benefits of yoga transcend the physical gains of flexibility, strength & balance, & grants practitioners a life of enchanting, meaningful possibilities. 

Her style of teaching is designed to nurture & inspire the warrior within.
 

 She fully subscribes to Rumi’s spiritual wisdom:“What you seek is seeking you”

CHRISTINA

  

Hailing from Boston, Christina is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a strong foundation in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power Yoga. Since 2014, she has dedicated herself to advanced study in Baptiste Yoga, 26&2 sequencing, Yin, and trauma-informed practices. With training in the Art of Assisting, she is known for her supportive, hands-on approach that helps students refine alignment, deepen awareness, and grow in their practice.

Her classes are both dynamic and grounding—designed to challenge the body, quiet the mind, and create space for transformation. Beyond the mat, Christina shares her work through Aura Aurora, where she weaves together Reiki, intuitive healing, and holistic practices to support students in finding balance and living more vibrantly.
