As a practicing yoga student since 1997, Jane desired to to create student-oriented studio, so she formed and ran for 10 years the former Hot Yoga of Delray. The Studio earned a reputation for catering to the student and her dedication made it a welcoming space. Circumstances called for it to close. Now with years of experience running a successful studio, she once again has built this new Studio from scratch. She welcomes all to share this space and wants you to think of it as your "Yoga Home Away from Home". "Our Contractors turned this space into a Yoga Studio, our Students & Staff turn it into a Yoga Community"
"Yoga is my passion. I hope you enjoy every experience you have at Hot Yoga of Delray. NAMASTE!"
Allison was born & raised in South Florida. Her passions were always found in nature & the ocean. When she attended her first yoga class, she found something she did not even know she was searching for. Yoga quenched her need for something more therapeutic for her body, healing for her heart, & enlightening for her mind. She was able to overcome an incredibly dark part of her life through the practice of Yoga. She wanted others to experience the magical effects she had found, & deepened her own practice by completing her first 200-hour Teacher Training at Om Joyful Yoga in Cooper City, Florida. There she developed a soft yet powerful style of teaching that incorporates both the physical & spiritual aspects of yoga, connecting mind body & soul. She then went on to complete 500 hours Teacher Training at the Anuttara Yoga Shala in Delray Beach.
Now she dedicates her life to sharing this practice through teaching. Allison now specializes in Hatha, Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga. Her mission in life is to inspire, enlighten & elevate those who surround her. By way of her own practice and teachings of the yogic texts, she hopes to lead her students to self-transformation & inner-peace through the beautiful practice of yoga.
For Robert, teaching at Hot Yoga of Delray beckons him back to where it all started in - a Hot Class at Hot Yoga of Delray! Since then he has obtained his 500 RYT, became a Certified Teacher in Vinyasa Krama and Yin yoga. His specialties include Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow, with a knack for Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. Robert's classes are unique and challenging with a happy helping of laughter and jokes.
My journey into yoga began in 1993 when I began practicing. In Spring of 2000, I became a Kripalu (500 Hour Certification) Instructor. After, I became a Bikram Certified Yoga Teacher (500 Hour Certification) alongside Jimmy Barkan in Fall 2001. My other training includes Phoenix Rising Therapy (200 Hour Certification), where I had the privilege to study under Todd Norian, the founder of Anusara.

Shari started practicing yoga in 2006, but it wasn't until she practiced in a heated room that she was hooked. Practicing yoga in the heat coupled with inspiring music was intoxicating. Shari practiced Bikram Yoga religiously for three years before deciding she wanted to become certified as a yoga instructor. She got trained in Sivananda Yoga at the Studio Yoga and Inner Peace in Lake Worth which proved to be a life changing experience that has helped to shape who she is both on the mat and in life more broadly. Shari learned about proper breathing, exercise, positive thinking, meditation and how to live a healthier life.
"I look forward to sharing my passion, positive attitude and energy with people that want to enhance their yoga practice and bring new levels of enjoyment to their lives."

Caitlin was born and raised in the deep south, Birmingham, Alabama. From a young age she loved animals and has always been intrinsically linked with nature. During her teenage years she was a competitive cheerleader which fueled her interest in pushing her body to new limits. Always the adventurer, at age 19 she packed her car and moved to South Florida to attend college. Caitlin obtained her degree in Biology which gave her a greater understanding of human anatomy and the physiological systems of the body. During college Caitlin took her first Bikram yoga class and has practiced hot yoga 5-6 times per week ever since. After college it became clear that yoga was going to be a big part of her life so she completed 200 hour Yoga Alliance recognized teacher training with Jimmy Barkan. Caitlin feels that yoga has helped her conquer many of her own personal struggles which is why she wants to share that strength with as many people as possible.
